What does the course include?

The training introduces some simple mindfuness exercises for teachers and aims to develop the skills to deliver MAP. This is done through discussion of session content, observation of lesson videos, exploration of mindfulness practices for themselves and opportunities to practice with their peers.

What resources will I receive from the course?

You will be provided with all the essential materials you need to start teaching MAP. Each participant receives a memory stick with all the powerpoints, audio and video files, children's workbooks, teacher manual (including all nine lesson plans) and supplementary materials.

What support is offered after the course is completed?

Complimentary access to our MAP support group is offered for the first six months. The MAP support group offers access to new sessions, supplementary materials as they are developed and access to on-going support.

Do you offer a discount for schools who want more than one teacher to attend a training session?
