Level 3 Training: Exploring Further

 

 

Exploring Further: A four day course to develop your mindfuness practice

 

 This course will provide participants with an in-depth experience of mindfulness practices and explore the ideas and attitudes underpinning thier use. Alongside the development of their individual practice, participants will have opportunities to explore what mindfulness is, both its historical and psychological articulations. The evidence base for the use of mindfulness to support adults and children's well-being will also be examined and how mindfulness practices might be adapted for specific groups. Participants will have a session by session guide through the MAP materials.  

 

 

This innovative course provides participants with:

 

 

 

 

 

 Participants will be expected to undertake home practice of approximately 20 minutes duration, 4-5 times a week. In session, the guided mindful stretches and movement will require the participants to bring a yoga mat and to wear loose fitting clothing.
